Avio-Tech Consult is based in Israel. It was founded by Zvi Frank and Yoram Kadman. Both founders have very extensive experience in being the voice of organizations and businesses during litigation or when facing tough decisions.
Both founders prepared numerous policy, position and legal papers, testified and presented the papers before courts, arbitrators, planning committees, citizen groups etc. Both founders have vast cross-examination experience and pride themselves for their record as witnesses.
Because of their experience Zvi and Yoram became experts on policy issues that require broad perspective and consideration of all stakeholders.
Zvi Frank has over 35 years of hands on experience in all fields of aviation. He held very senior positions in the Israel Airports Authority and served as the CEO of an International Airline. He has prepared, testified and was cross-examined on numerous expert witness opinions in various fields of aviation business and operations. Yoram Kadman is a graduate of the Israel Institute of Technology the Technion and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology MIT with 40 years of experience in the field of environmental engineering, with particular emphasis on airport noise issues and the operational aspects of Airport/ Airline/ ATS operations. He specializes in aviation operations, aviation noise impact and other environmental issues. Yoram has consulted to numerous airports, aviation agencies, businesses, environmental organizations and NGO's. He has prepared, testified and was cross-examined on numerous expert witness opinions.
