They both headed teams which made strategic planning, business and operational decisions which determined activities of airports and airlines like determining night curfew times. Determining deferential curfew between takeoffs and landings, between different types of aircraft etc. Zvi Frank prepared airport privatization business plans and consulted venture capital firms regarding investment in airport operational related technologies. Yoram Kadman and other team members were involved in numerous decision-making processes for the go-ahead of transportation projects including airports, rail lines, highways etc.
How do you usually charge for your work? We charge our clients by the hour. Our usual fee is US$ 190 per hour. This includes usual office expenses. For special expenses like travel, logging, printing of duplications of reports etc we charge per cost. Travel up to 4 hours flight is not charged, travel exceeding 4 hours is charged half time. When working away from the office clients may opt to pay US$ 1500 per day regardless the number of hours used.
Do you have a standard contract you use with your clients? Yes we do, though it is subject to modifications, to suite the needs of the contracting parties.
