Subject: Expert Opinion regarding Int’l airport capacity (passengers and aircraft) prior to
and following implementation of new master plan.
Client: Defendant.
Nature of Claim: Reduction in properties values due to increase in aircraft over flying
the properties.

Subject: Comprehensive opinion regarding an int’l airport noise impact prior and following the implementation of a new master plan. Study included in depth analysis of US and European airports. The study proved that the plaintiffs claims about the extent of the noise impact were groundless.

Subject: Expert-witness Opinion for an international arbitration against an East European Government, regarding breach of a contract to purchase the shares of the Airline.

Nature of Claim: Damages due to misrepresentations in sale contract, noncompliance with obligations following sale and Government misconduct.

Expert Opinion – Airport Noise Proofing of Dwellings:
Subject: Ongoing services to an Int’l airport regarding actual annual noise impact status. Determination of insulation rights for noise impacted dwellings.

Nature of Claim: The master plan for the airport was approved with a provisions that required the airport to soundproof dwellings. The list of alligible dwellings is determined on a yearly basis by a juridical committee based on an annual noise study.

Multinational Technical and Financial Proposal – Passenger Baggage-Trolleys System:
Subject: Organization of multinational team and preparation of tender proposal.
Client: Contractor participating in tender.
Job: Assistance in putting together a multi-national group of companies and preparation of a technical and financial proposal for a tender published by an International Airport for the development, design and operation of a fully automated, computer-controlled system for the supply and re-circulation of passenger baggage trolleys.

Risk Evaluation Study – Runway Incursion System:
Subject: Study of the risks involved in the investment in a company that developed a complex airport safety technology.
Client: Venture Capital Fund.
Job: Study of a partially developed A-SMGCS, (Advanced Surface Movement Guidance and Control System). A complex integrated technologies system, aimed at avoiding collisions of aircraft on the ground.
The job included study of the technology, the steps and capital required for certification and market value and competitors.

International Airport Feasibility Study (Kazakhstan):
Subject: Feasibility study, including determination of required capacity, scope, cost, schedule and expected income.
Client: Int’l investment Company.
Job: Comprehensive feasibility study of requirements, expected volume of aircraft and passenger traffic (int’l and domestic), required facilities, expected cost and schedule as well as expected revenue from fees and commercial sources including sensitivity tests.
